Account Executive – Portfolio

About the role

Cisco is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to lead portfolio sales in Kuwait. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers across the region transform digitally by aligning Cisco’s technology solutions with their strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity within the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders and C‑suite executives to understand business challenges.
• Develop and execute account strategies, identify new opportunities, and negotiate deals that deliver measurable value.
• Expand Cisco’s presence by positioning solutions that drive strategic outcomes and long‑term customer success.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, partners, and services teams to deliver integrated offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and growing accounts in a defined territory.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Strong track record in negotiating value‑based deals and creating account plans.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
