Associate, Outside Sales

About the role

The Associate, Outside Sales will support and grow Carrier’s HVAC service business by building customer relationships, generating service sales opportunities, and assisting business development within the assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts aligned with service requirements.
• Execute weekly customer visits to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for service agreements and repair services.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, and product awareness.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and participate in negotiations with potential customers.
• Support business development by identifying prospective clients and generating leads.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare and present technical reports such as compressor inspections and maintenance reports.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance company visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in HVAC service sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
