Perfume Consultant - Penhaligon's

About the role

Penhaligon's, part of Chalhoub Group, is looking for a Perfume Consultant. The consultant drives sales and targets through excellent customer service and professional standards, gives perfume advice and guides clients through fragrance and allergy routines with suitable products.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand and its values in all customer and team interactions
• Generate sales and meet line and sales targets while following sales and operational policies
• Maintain an accurate customer database and promote the MUSE loyalty program to grow enrollment and new customers
• Follow the brand's online offers and take part in brand events, promotions and launches
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at physical and digital touchpoints, using clienteling tools such as messaging and virtual shopping appointments
• Maintain merchandising levels, stock replenishment and displays according to brand VM guidelines, report stock shortages and process e-commerce orders within SLAs
• Generate daily sales reports, track post-launch sales and sell-outs, and attend product training at Chalhoub University and on Axonify

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry
• Ability to stay ahead of trends, products and competitors and to support other stores and team members when needed
