Boutique Manager

About the role

The Boutique Manager leads the Chopard boutique, driving performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and upholding the highest standards of luxury retail operations. As a brand ambassador, you will inspire the team, manage sales targets, and ensure every interaction reflects the Maison’s values of craftsmanship and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate and coach the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and development support.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Plan workforce scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate business priorities.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chopard products, collections and heritage.
• Utilize CRM tools to develop long‑term client relationships and drive clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, support stock management and ensure compliance with cash handling and POS operations.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and communicate operational challenges to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in fine jewelry, watches or luxury goods.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience managing VIP and high‑net‑worth clientele is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent luxury retail management experience.
