Boutique Manager – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a prestigious luxury watch and jewellery boutique in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to VIP clients while driving sales growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing boutique team to meet sales and service targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to high‑net‑worth customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, inventory control and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to organise exclusive events and boost brand visibility.
• Manage budgets, performance reports and operational metrics to optimise business growth.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and implement retention programmes.
• Represent the brand locally and participate in key industry events.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 4 years as a Boutique Manager.
• Strong background in high‑end watches and jewellery.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Passionate about delivering excellence in luxury customer service.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and operational abilities.
