About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by promoting our products and services, understanding client objectives, and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves building a robust sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products/services to meet or anticipate client goals.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Develop quotes, proposals, and customized presentations for prospective clients.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline, running outbound campaigns via calls and emails.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
• Attend educational programs, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide excellent customer service through regular follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
