Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

Magnum Group is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to shape and execute its commercial strategy across all markets. The CCO will be accountable for driving revenue growth, overseeing overall sales performance, and ensuring that customer relationship management tools are fully leveraged to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously monitor all sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and strategic goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales management team, fostering a high‑performance culture and providing clear direction.
• Ensure that CRM systems are fully utilized, regularly updated, and generate accurate reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Drive revenue generation initiatives and commercial growth projects, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels.

Required profile

• Strong senior leadership experience in sales or commercial roles, with a track record of delivering results.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage high‑performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) to communicate effectively across the organisation and with external partners.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and reporting to support sales operations and strategic analysis.
