About the role
Americana Foods is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial to lead the Frozen category business in Kuwait. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will own the full commercial agenda, shaping strategy, driving market execution, and leading a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the Frozen category in Kuwait.
- Lead route‑to‑market design, channel management and distributor structure.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives, pricing strategy and revenue growth management.
- Own sales delivery, customer engagement and service‑level performance.
- Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales.
- 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role.
- Proven experience in the Frozen category; FMCG or packaged goods background preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
