About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role involves managing the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance evaluations, training programs, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor law.
- Support management with HR‑related queries and projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Kuwait.
- Experience with multinational companies is an advantage.
- Hold a transferable visa.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and Kuwait labor law.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
