About the role
As a Hygiene Supervisor you will champion, train, support and reinforce Hyatt's hygiene and wellbeing expectations in line with Kuwait legislation, fostering a strong hygiene mindset across all hotel areas.
Key responsibilities
- Orient all colleagues to new hygiene and wellbeing standards.
- Conduct, certify and execute regular evaluations of adherence to standards.
- Monitor compliance in Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa, Culinary and Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure alignment with local regulations and Hyatt brand requirements.
- Provide ongoing training and support to maintain high hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor in a luxury international hotel brand.
- Relevant degree in Hygiene.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Good administrative skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication.
