Junior Account Manager – Pre‑Sales

About the role

Wizard Cyber is launching its presence in Kuwait and seeks a recent graduate to join the Microsoft Kuwait Digital Innovation Center. This position sits at the crossroads of cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies, and client engagement, supporting government and enterprise customers alongside Microsoft Public Sector and Security specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Wizard Cyber’s local representative at the Microsoft Kuwait Digital Innovation Center.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as customer meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft’s Public Sector and Security teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a technical background (Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security).
• Based in Kuwait and eligible to work locally.
