Operations Manager

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a client’s field service team in Kuwait City. This role will oversee scheduling, dispatch, fleet management, and quality assurance across multiple service departments.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate Operations Supervisors and their field teams.
• Plan daily schedules, routes, job dispatching and resource allocation to maximise utilisation.
• Control operational budgets, inventory, fleet logistics and maintenance.
• Standardise SOPs, conduct audits and inspections to guarantee service quality.
• Handle emergency dispatches, key‑account escalations and monitor client CSAT scores.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field service operations such as pest control, HVAC, cleaning or similar.
• Strong background managing supervisors and multiple field teams.
• Experience setting KPIs, running performance reviews and identifying training needs.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory and legal requirements.
