Dark Store Manager

About the role

Keemart is looking for a Dark Store Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its Kuwait Service Station, ensuring efficient goods receiving, dispatch, and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service station, including warehouse management and inventory control.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead, supervise and guide team members, setting clear work plans and performance expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records and reduce losses.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions and improve productivity.
• Resolve logistics and fulfillment issues to maintain uninterrupted supply‑chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or retail operations, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and maintain a proactive attitude.
• Sufficient English proficiency for professional communication.
