Professional Sales Representative

About the role

Royce Capitals, an international financial services firm, is seeking a full‑time Professional Sales Representative to work on‑site in Kuwait. The role focuses on converting hot leads into active trading clients by presenting the company’s accounts, financial products, and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact hot leads promptly and professionally.
• Qualify prospective clients and understand their trading objectives.
• Present trading accounts, product ranges, platforms and services clearly.
• Follow up consistently to maximise conversion rates.
• Guide qualified prospects through registration, verification, account opening and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and client activity in the CRM system.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and introducing brokers.
• Work towards individual and office targets for client conversion, deposits and trading activity.
• Coordinate with compliance, onboarding, customer support and management teams.
• Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion performance and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales or business development experience, preferably in financial markets, brokerage, fintech or banking.
• Proven ability to manage hot leads, follow up effectively, build client relationships and close sales.
• Good understanding of online trading, financial markets, forex, CFDs and trading platforms, or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and client activity.
• Familiarity with online trading platforms and related financial products.
