About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Team Lead & Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing event management company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role combines project leadership with business development to deliver memorable events while expanding our client base.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end event projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive sales and negotiate contracts to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative event concepts.
- Manage social‑media channels and produce engaging content, including on‑camera presentations.
Required profile
- Energetic, outgoing and extrovert personality with strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Age below 30 years; driving licence preferred.
- Arabic fluency is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in social‑media platforms and content‑creation tools.
- Basic videography and on‑camera presentation skills.
