About the role

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing professional to lead projects and drive business growth within our fast‑growing event management company. The role combines project leadership, event coordination, client relationship building, and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage event‑related projects from conception to delivery.
• Coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Create and manage social‑media content, appearing on camera when needed.
• Produce basic video content to support marketing initiatives.

• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Creative mindset with fresh event ideas.
• Extroverted personality with proven leadership capabilities.
• Good networking and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging content.
• Basic videography knowledge is a plus.
• Age below 30 years.
• Driving licence preferred; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
