About the role
International Group of Aamina (IGA) is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join its recruitment team in Kuwait City. The role involves sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, managing candidate databases, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Key responsibilities
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/manpower industry experience in Kuwait.
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment platforms.
- Target‑oriented and well‑organized.
