About the role
The company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate/Executive to represent luxury watch brands in a high‑end showroom in Al Kuwait. You will greet customers, understand their preferences and guide them to the perfect timepiece while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally, presenting watch features, specifications and brand information.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets and handle billing, payments and stock checks.
- Maintain attractive, organized product displays and ensure the showroom meets luxury retail standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and provide after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with high‑value products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, well‑presented appearance.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Article 18 transferable visa required; male Asian nationality preferred.
