Retail Sales Executive – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

As a Retail Sales Executive you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting Minimalist’s stores in Kuwait. You will build lasting relationships, understand client preferences, and guide them to the products that best match their style and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer, providing detailed information about watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods.
• Proactively approach shoppers, assess their preferences, and recommend items that align with their tastes.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Promote current promotions, special offers, and discounts to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize performance.
• Uphold Minimalist’s brand standards of excellence in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing sales role within Kuwait, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry, or related retail.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field (preferred).
• Relevant sales management certification from an accredited provider (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
