About the role

BFL Group is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its dynamic retail team. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our off‑price fashion and homeware stores, helping customers discover exciting pieces at up to 80% off. The role combines customer service, sales targets, and store upkeep to ensure a vibrant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assisting them with product selection and inquiries.
• Promote products, offers, and in‑store promotions to drive sales.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
• Restock shelves, price merchandise, and support inventory control.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow store policies, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in a fast‑paced environment.
