About the role
The Sales Associate represents the brand and drives store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. The role involves maintaining store standards, handling transactions, and supporting the loyalty program.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist them in product selection, convert window shoppers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Arrange stock and visual displays according to layout norms, follow VM guidelines, and record inventory movements.
- Operate the POS system, process cash, card, voucher payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till balances.
- Maintain store security, adhere to loss‑prevention policies, and keep sales figures confidential.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about the brand’s product range.
- Flexible to work extended hours, varied shifts and overtime during sales periods.
- Accurate in handling cash, inventory records and POS transactions.
- Committed to following SOPs, loss‑prevention measures and confidentiality requirements.
