Sales Engineer - Elevator Solutions

About the role

United Integrated Holding (UIH), a Kuwait-based company active in elevators, trading, oil, spare parts and maintenance since 1987, is hiring a Sales Engineer. The role works closely with clients to understand their technical needs, prepare proposals and present elevator solutions that meet project specifications and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineering and operations teams
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and take part in negotiations to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and monitor ongoing projects
• Support continuous improvement of products and services

Required profile

• Background in mechanical, electrical or a related engineering discipline; bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred
• Experience in sales and customer service, including client relationship management
• Experience in the elevator or building services industry is an advantage

Required skills

• Sales engineering and technical solution design, including interpreting drawings and specifications
• Technical support, troubleshooting and resolving installation issues
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues and partners
• Analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM or sales tracking tools
