Sales Executive – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote our products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. The role involves identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals across the lighting, building materials, and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products and services while generating new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, projects, and potential clients.
• Arrange client meetings and conduct site visits.
• Present solutions professionally, highlighting competitive advantages.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations in coordination with management.
• Follow up with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
• Prepare contracts and coordinate execution with clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and gain customer trust.
• Track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
