Sales Executive - Indoor Sales

About the role

The Sales Executive – Indoor Sales is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets by generating leads, converting enquiries, and delivering an excellent buying experience within the showroom environment. The role promotes assigned brands, maximises profitability and supports overall dealership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales revenue, unit sales and targets.
• Receive customer enquiries, identify needs and recommend suitable vehicles and solutions.
• Conduct showroom presentations, product demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, booking forms and sales documentation.
• Follow up leads and prospects to maximise conversion rates.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
• Promote finance, insurance, accessories, warranties and value‑added services.
• Coordinate with banks and finance companies for customer funding solutions.
• Ensure timely booking processing, vehicle delivery and customer handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, customer records and sales pipeline status.
• Support corporate, fleet and referral sales opportunities as required.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback.
• Participate in showroom events, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with pricing approvals, company procedures and sales policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 operational, quality, environmental and health‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a showroom environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of finance, insurance and aftermarket products.
• Awareness of compliance standards and willingness to follow ISO‑based procedures.
