Sales - Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for experienced sales and operations professionals to drive growth in the elevator and conveying systems market in Kuwait. The positions cover field sales leadership, operations management, and B2B project sales for commercial and luxury building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field sales for major elevator projects, close deals and tenders, and build strategic partnerships with engineering consultants.
• Directly supervise installation and maintenance projects, manage orders for spare parts and control panels, and optimise operational documentation cycles.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase new elevator sales and maintenance contracts, and approve commercial offers.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of B2B project sales experience in elevators, HVAC, MEP or luxury building materials, with a proven network of Kuwaiti contractors, developers and consultants.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on operations or business development experience in the Kuwaiti elevator or contracting sector, holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English, valid Kuwaiti driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
