Strategic Partnerships Executive

About the role

Beanz, a leading coffee tech platform in the GCC, is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive to accelerate its growth in Kuwait. You will be the primary driver for onboarding new specialty coffee shops and building lasting relationships that expand Beanz’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new specialty coffee shops and cafés onto the Beanz platform.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with café owners and decision‑makers.
• Communicate Beanz’s value proposition and present customized partnership proposals.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in F&B or tech platforms.
• Passion for coffee culture and solid knowledge of the local café scene in Kuwait.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑starter mindset with strong target orientation.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
