About the role
The Team Leader – Fishery ensures high standards of quality, range and freshness to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets. You will motivate the team, address issues promptly, and coach staff to maintain excellent service in the fishery section.
Key responsibilities
- Implement commercial policy for store pricing and manage product assortment.
- Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers and monitor NPS to drive improvements.
- Oversee stock management, including reports, replenishment orders, and waste reduction.
- Identify slow‑moving items and drive sales before expiry.
- Control displays, pricing, and planogram compliance.
Required profile
- Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience.
- Customer‑service orientation with a pleasant, warm disposition.
- Clear communicator, people‑oriented and able to build team spirit.
- Detail‑oriented.
