About the role
TrendAI™ is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive adoption of AI‑powered security technologies and services. You will work closely with CIOs, CISOs and partner ecosystems to expand market share and deliver value to enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to increase adoption of Trend Micro technologies.
- Develop territory strategies, connect with CIO/CISO, and grow opportunities.
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Sales leadership to deliver tailored value propositions.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets aligned with business unit goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware, and Google.
- Document account information in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and planning.
- Communicate relevant insights to stakeholders to support decision‑making.
- Consult customers on cybersecurity initiatives, from demos through post‑implementation support.
- Lead client meetings, account reviews, and gather feedback for future opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
- Account Management certifications (e.g., SPIN, TAS) and security certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to sell to senior executives (CIO, CISO) and manage complex, multi‑customer scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of competition, emerging cybersecurity technologies, and relevant regulations.
- Growth‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach across technical, marketing, and channel teams.
Required skills
- Knowledge of security frameworks: Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR.
- Familiarity with security platforms: SIEM, SOAR.
- Experience with Salesforce for account management.
- Understanding of major cloud and technology partners: AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Google.
