E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager

About the role

A fast‑growing consumer products company is looking for an ambitious and highly organized E‑Commerce & Marketplace Manager to drive the expansion of its digital commerce operations across international marketplaces and direct‑to‑consumer channels. The role works closely with senior leadership and will coordinate marketplace growth, product launches, and strategic expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketplace operations on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other digital sales channels.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, logistics providers and technology partners.
• Track and coordinate product launch timelines and key milestones.
• Monitor inventory, forecasting, fulfillment and operational performance.
• Maintain dashboards, reports and KPI tracking systems.
• Support digital growth initiatives and marketplace expansion projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems and drive execution.
• Prepare weekly executive updates and participate in leadership meetings.

• Strong project‑management and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated with an ownership mentality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
• 3–7 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, retail operations, FMCG or consumer products.
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating agencies and external service providers.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, dashboards and operational tracking systems.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
