Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead a high‑performance luxury boutique, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving sales results. As a brand ambassador for Chopard, you will uphold the Maison’s standards of craftsmanship, elegance, and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate and coach boutique staff, providing regular performance feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Plan workforce scheduling and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate business priorities.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and use CRM tools for client relationship management.
• Drive clienteling initiatives to increase repeat business.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cash handling, POS operations and visual merchandising compliance.
• Analyse sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in fine jewelry, watches or luxury goods.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
• Experience with VIP or high‑net‑worth clientele is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Required skills

• Experience using POS systems.
