About the role
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of CRM strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The role will work across multiple channels – push, SMS, email and WhatsApp – to build and refine customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns on push, SMS, email and WhatsApp.
- Support customer segmentation based on behaviour, frequency and value.
- Monitor and report campaign performance metrics such as delivery, open rate, CTR and conversion.
- Design and manage automated journeys for onboarding, re‑activation and retention.
- Coordinate with marketing, product and data teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Maintain CRM tools and databases, guaranteeing data accuracy.
- Assist with A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track key CRM KPIs and propose strategic improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and basic analysis.
- Basic understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
- High attention to detail in campaign setup and strong written English communication.
- Problem‑solving attitude and ability to manage multiple campaigns under deadlines.
Required skills
- Excel (or Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Braze, MoEngage or CleverTap.
