Logistics Supervisor for 3PL Delivery Operations

About the role

The company is a growing third‑party logistics (3PL) provider looking for a Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations. You will coordinate a team of riders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain smooth workflow across the hub.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with riders on daily tasks and routes.
• Monitor rider performance, provide guidance and corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize rider documents, records, and compliance checks.
• Prepare and update operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Resolve workflow issues promptly to keep deliveries on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage and guide a team of riders effectively.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

What we offer

• Starting salary of 250 KWD per month.
• Full‑time position with regular working hours (9 am – 7 pm).
• One day off per week.
