Business Development Officer & Partnership

About the role

The Business Development Officer & Partnership will work full‑time on‑site in Hawalli, Kuwait, focusing on expanding MyFatoorah’s client base and strategic alliances. You will identify new market opportunities, engage prospective partners and support the onboarding of new collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and generate leads for new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach, prepare proposals and assist in negotiations with prospective partners.
• Analyze performance data and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
• Maintain strong, service‑oriented relationships with existing accounts.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development, lead generation and partnership‑building abilities.
• Solid analytical skills and basic understanding of finance to interpret data and support commercial decisions.
• Professional communication skills for presenting solutions and negotiating agreements.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking or financial services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
