Sales Consultant – Automotive Accessories

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive new business and nurture existing customer relationships to boost sales of automotive accessories. This role involves direct customer interaction, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth vehicle hand‑over experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations.
• Answer phone inquiries, guide callers, and ensure product awareness.
• Resolve complaints sensitively and involve others when needed.
• Calculate costs, fees, financing, and down payments for vehicle pricing.
• Document and register all vehicle transaction details accurately.
• Conduct memorable hand‑overs and follow up for referrals.
• Prospect new customers, capture data, and maintain a prospect database.
• Follow the Order‑to‑Delivery process to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of sales or hospitality experience.
• Bilingual with good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented, enjoys interacting with people, and possesses high selling and convincing abilities.
• Team player with a high level of motivation.
