Key Account Manager – Software Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive sales of Asset Management and Warehouse Management software solutions across Kuwait. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building long‑term relationships with end users, system integrators and business decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
• Generate new opportunities through visits, cold calls, emails, networking and referrals.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals and ROI analyses based on customer requirements.
• Conduct software presentations, product demos and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Update CRM daily and provide weekly reports on prospects, proposals, orders and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, Asset Management or Warehouse Management solutions.
• Strong lead generation, presentation, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Comfortable with field sales, direct customer visits and cold calling.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.

Required skills

• CRM usage for lead and activity tracking.
• ROI analysis and preparation of techno‑commercial proposals.
• Knowledge of SaaS and ERP software solutions.
