IT Manager – Hospitality & F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, network operations, cybersecurity, POS systems, and technical support across multiple business units within the hospitality and food & beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure and systems.
• Oversee network operations and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Administer and support POS systems used across hospitality locations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to multiple business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Preferred experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of networks.
• Experience with servers and server management.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
