SAP MM Lead Consultant – S/4HANA Transformations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant to drive procurement, inventory and supply‑chain workstreams for large‑scale S/4HANA transformations in Kuwait. You will act as a trusted advisor to client procurement leaders, shaping future‑state logistics processes and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end S/4HANA MM implementation from design through hypercare.
• Own the MM workstream across Explore (fit‑gap, solution design, process standardisation), Realise (build, configuration, integration, testing) and Deploy (cut‑over, go‑live, stabilisation).
• Design and implement a centralised procurement model, vendor lifecycle management and contract optimisation.
• Ensure seamless procurement‑to‑pay integration with Finance (GR/IR, valuation).
• Manage on‑site delivery in complex transformation programmes and balance standardisation versus customisation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with at least three full‑cycle S/4HANA MM implementations.
• Strong background in end‑to‑end procurement, inventory and supply‑chain integration.
• Experience in aviation, asset‑heavy or procurement‑driven industries.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site delivery and build client relationships.
