Mechanical QC Inspector – Kuwait

About the role

The company is seeking a Mechanical Quality Control Inspector to join its team in Kuwait. The role focuses on ensuring that mechanical components and assemblies meet the required quality standards for EPC and construction projects in the petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, desalination, and power plant sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and dimensional measurements of mechanical parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Utilise metrology tools such as calipers and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Identify defects and ensure compliance with ASME certification marking requirements.
• Apply quality standards and document inspection results.

Required profile

• Three‑year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of QC experience in EPC, construction or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with projects that require ASME certification marking.
• Relevant certifications such as CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI.
