Pest Controller

About the role

The Pest Controller will be based in Kuwait, supporting the WEXMAC operation for V2X. The role involves delivering residential, commercial and industrial pest‑management services while ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pest control operations across residential, commercial and industrial sites.
• Coordinate inspections and work schedules with facility managers and occupants.
• Research materials, prepare required documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to emergency service calls during regular hours and on‑call periods.
• Operate industry‑specific equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all safety practices are followed on site.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (copy of diploma required).
• Minimum one year of experience in pest control.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host‑nation driver’s license.
• At least one of the following certifications: U.S. State Commercial Driver’s License, U.S. State Non‑Commercial Driver’s License, or U.S. Department of Defense Pesticides Applicator license.
• Ability to obtain respiratory program certification within 90 days and renew annually.
