Procurement Officer & Senior Accountant – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our well‑reputed organization in Ahmadi, Kuwait: a Procurement Officer specialized in HVAC and industrial manufacturing, and a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations across engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Procurement Officer: source local and international suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, issue purchase orders, and coordinate material delivery, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Procurement Officer: maintain vendor‑management records, evaluate supplier performance, and support inventory control and material planning.
• Senior Accountant: prepare financial reports, manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll.
• Senior Accountant: oversee audit compliance, project costing, and improve ERP usage (SAP, Tally, Zoho) while developing SOPs for internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment (HVAC focus) or senior accounting experience in engineering/project‑based industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA/CA preferred for the accounting role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence is mandatory.
