About the role

The Sales Designer at Woodex delivers a tailored, professional sales experience, guiding clients from initial consultation through purchase while ensuring they feel informed and delighted.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and customized solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire sales journey, providing a smooth and supportive experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Track client projects in the ERP system, ensuring timely follow‑ups and transparent progress.
• Coordinate with Interior Design and Production teams to confirm feasibility, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Woodex product lines, materials, finishes, and customization options.
• Demonstrate and present products effectively in the showroom, highlighting features and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Woodex innovations, collaborating with Marketing for showroom events and promotions.
