Site Engineer – Field Engineer III

About the role

Worley is seeking a Site Engineer (Field Engineer III) to support the KERP program in Kuwait. The role will involve driving construction involvement across design, scheduling, execution planning and cost estimating while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and drive construction participation in technical design, schedule development, preliminary execution planning and cost estimating.
• Maintain awareness of capabilities and workload of construction support providers and contractors.
• Take functional responsibility for all construction and completion activities within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework.
• Apply Quality Assurance procedures in line with the business unit’s guidelines.
• Ensure personal and site safety by following occupational health and safety (OH&S) procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping or Instrumentation engineering.
• Post‑graduation experience on major oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience in large‑scale construction projects and site‑related activities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Locally available candidates in Kuwait are preferred.
