Waiter/ess - Garden Cafe, Jumeirah Messilah Beach

About the role

Jumeirah Messilah Beach, a beachfront resort in Kuwait, is hiring a Waiter/ess for its Garden Cafe, an all-day dining restaurant. The role provides food and beverage service to guests in line with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests according to hotel standards.
• Take guest orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain the dining area, keeping it clean, properly set and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally, resolve concerns promptly and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a five-star hotel.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle large restaurants and guest volumes daily.
• Well-versed English communication and writing skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
