About the role
Jgulf Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant on a part‑time basis to support its real‑estate financing activities. The role combines accounting expertise with a deep understanding of banking procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accounting and financial advisory support to management.
- Review and monitor accounts linked to real‑estate and financing operations.
- Assist with interactions and documentation related to banks and real‑estate financing files.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a banking accountant.
- Background in real‑estate management, preferably within a bank’s real‑estate financing department, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- Understanding of real‑estate financing concepts.
