Audit Supervisor – Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced audit professional to lead and supervise audit engagements within our Assurance team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering high‑quality audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review audit engagements across various industries
• Lead and mentor junior audit team members
• Develop engagement plans, budgets, and allocate resources
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and engagement deliverables
• Identify risks, provide recommendations, and support clients with value‑added insights
• Monitor engagement profitability and operational efficiency

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Partially qualified professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5.5 years of external audit experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements
• Experience supervising audit teams and managing multiple engagements
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Experience with CaseWare is an advantage
