Supervisor – Risk Management

About the role

Support the execution of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management framework, focusing on risk analytics, assessment, quantification, monitoring and reporting while supervising a team of risk professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk profiles, KRIs, registers and mitigation plans.
• Analyze financial, operational and commercial data to identify and quantify key risk exposures.
• Develop risk dashboards, analytical models and management reports using advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
• Monitor risk appetite indicators, identify trends or breaches and escalate material exposures.
• Coordinate with Internal Control, Internal Audit, Finance and other functions on cross‑functional risk matters.
• Supervise, review and coach assigned Risk Management professionals to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in Risk Management, Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, Assurance, Internal Control, Business or Financial Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ERM, risk assessment, quantification and reporting.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach and manage a team of risk professionals.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Data analytics tools (Power BI is an advantage).
• SAP / SAP GRC experience (advantage).
