About the role
The Beauty Consultant for L'Occitane will deliver outstanding customer service, using product knowledge and sales techniques to meet targets in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Assist customers with product queries, demonstrate usage, and advise on suitable ranges.
- Track daily sales, achieve line targets, and generate sales reports.
- Handle new launches, promotions and post‑launch sales monitoring.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong grooming standards and ability to build guest loyalty.
- Ability to communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations.
