Strategic Partnership Executive

About the role

Beanz is seeking a Strategic Partnership Executive for its expansion in Kuwait. You will be the primary liaison with cafés, coffee brands, and related businesses, managing the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to activation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of potential partners across cafés, specialty coffee brands, roasters, and related F&B and retail businesses in Kuwait.
• Lead partner meetings and pitch presentations, clearly communicating Beanz’s value proposition.
• Draft, negotiate, and close partnership agreements aligning partner needs with commercial goals.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation plans to ensure smooth launch on the app.
• Collaborate with marketing on co‑branded campaigns and promotions.
• Work with product and operations teams to relay partner feedback and improve the in‑app experience.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Maintain long‑term relationships through regular check‑ins and proactive support.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, account management, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of building pipelines, negotiating deals, and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data, interpret performance metrics, and produce clear reports.
• Background in technology, digital platforms, apps, or the F&B/retail sector is highly preferred.
• Existing network within Kuwait’s F&B and café scene is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment with strong organisational skills.
