Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen Al Khubaizi Motorcycle Co. LLC’s market position and customer loyalty across the GCC. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Kuwait and focuses on planning and managing marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor brand performance and analyze market trends.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee visual identity, content standards, and manage relationships with external agencies.
• Support product launches, events, and gather customer insights for brand positioning.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership.

Required profile

• Strong background in brand management and marketing, including campaign planning and brand strategy.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to interpret customer insights and competitive activity.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, social media management, and content development.
• Solid project management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Previous experience in automotive, motorcycle or retail sectors, preferably in GCC markets.
