Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead Floward's marketing initiatives in the assigned region, creating and executing strategies, events, activations, and CSR projects to boost brand visibility and community engagement while aligning with the global marketing vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that aligns with Floward’s overall objectives and reflects local market dynamics.
• Lead the regional team in planning and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention.
• Integrate market research insights to ensure relevance and effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage community events, brand activations, and CSR initiatives from concept through execution.
• Monitor event outcomes, collect feedback, and track performance to improve future activities.
• Collaborate with the Central Marketing Excellence Team to ensure regional strategies support global goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and partners to expand market reach.
• Lead marketing efforts for newly acquired brands, creating tailored campaigns that enhance recognition and penetration.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience, including strategic planning, campaign execution, and event management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience working with central or global marketing teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing marketing teams.
